What you get for the money in Pelluhue is a real coastal life rather than a resort one — surfing pelluhue and curanipe, fishing the river mouth, fresh fish off the boats, and neighbours who have been here for generations. Prices along this stretch have been climbing steadily as Santiago buyers look further afield, so the window for entry-level coastal property here is narrower each year.
